KIPON Affiliate Program – Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: 01.02.2025
By registering for and participating in the KIPON Affiliate Program (“Affiliate Program”), you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before signing up.
1. Program Participation
To participate in the KIPON Affiliate Program, you must register via the registration form on the KIPON website. By completing the registration process, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
As an Affiliate, you agree to:
- Promote KIPON products and services in a manner consistent with the KIPON brand.
- Use your affiliate link or other promotional materials provided by KIPON to drive traffic and generate sales.
- Not engage in fraudulent or misleading practices, such as click fraud or false advertising.
- Not use KIPON’s brand name in a way that could damage the brand’s reputation or violate intellectual property rights.
- Abide by all applicable laws and regulations regarding marketing and advertising.
3. Commissions
Affiliates will earn a commission for each sale made through their affiliate link. The commission structure is outlined in the Affiliate Dashboard. Commissions are paid on a monthly basis, and only valid, confirmed sales are eligible for commission. Commission rates and terms may be updated periodically by KIPON.
4. Payment
Affiliate commissions will be paid via PayPal or bank transfer on the 15th of every month. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details. KIPON is not liable for any errors in payments due to incorrect or outdated payment information.
5. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates are prohibited from:
- Using deceptive, misleading, or unethical marketing methods.
- Engaging in spamming or unsolicited emails.
- Bidding on KIPON-related keywords in paid search engine advertising without prior written consent from KIPON.
- Promoting KIPON products in a manner that could be seen as offensive or harmful to the KIPON brand.
6. Termination
KIPON reserves the right to terminate an Affiliate’s participation in the program at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
- Engaging in unethical practices or activities detrimental to KIPON’s reputation.
- Failure to generate sales within a reasonable period.
Upon termination, Affiliates will no longer be entitled to commissions for any sales made after the termination date.
7. Intellectual Property
KIPON grants Affiliates a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use KIPON’s brand name, logos, and promotional materials for the sole purpose of promoting KIPON products within the terms of this Agreement. All intellectual property related to KIPON products remains the property of KIPON.
8. Limitation of Liability
KIPON will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Affiliate Program. KIPON’s total liability in relation to this Agreement is limited to the commissions earned by the Affiliate in the month preceding the event causing the claim.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
KIPON respects the privacy of all Affiliates and customers. Personal data collected during the Affiliate registration process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By participating in the Affiliate Program, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for program-related purposes.
10. Amendments
KIPON reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms will be resolved in the competent courts of [Insert Jurisdiction].
